Market Survey and expansion strategy

Tea is the most widely consumed beverage in the world. We have done extensive market survey Somalia, Djibouti, Sudan and Chad as well as Kenya. There is huge and potential untapped market in northern Kenya, upper eastern and the capital city of Nairobi. The   company intends to curve a niche in packaging and distributing tea locally in the aforementioned areas.

Somalia is a huge consumer of tea and there is still virgin market as the country is extensive and depends on the imports to satisfy its tea demand. In Somalia we have entered into a business agreement with the largest tea supplier in Somalia, Warsame enterprises owned by Ibrahim Warsame. Warsame Enterprises has the largest distribution channel in Somalia.

We are also finalizing agreements with two other distributors in Sudan and Cha. Through these distributors we will ensure that our tea has reached every house hold in the target markets. We have also won a packing contract in Sudan and we will be packing their brand in Kenya and export the value added tea so Sudan that will go direct to the consumer. We will also use the distribution channels of those two companies to sell our tea.

The company is laid down its strategies for penetration to Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal and Morocco and be the market leader in the four countries.
